March 25th 2025, on the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, the community of Yangon happily
celebrated 25 Years of Religious Life of Sr. Anna Kim. With hearts full of gratitude, the community of
the sisters rejoiced in celebrating her silver Jubilee of religious life for, she has been an example of
faith, love, and selfless service, dedicating her life to God and His people. Her unwavering
commitment to prayer, compassion, consolation and service has touched countless lives, inspiring many
to walk closer with Christ.
Yesterday, we thanked God for the gift of her vocation with the prayers in the morning at 6:00 A.M
and the Eucharistic Celebration was presided by Rev. Fr. Philip at 5:00 P.M. We expressed our deep
gratitude for her unwavering commitment and prayers through traditional Myanmar dance,
congratulation and thanksgiving songs, a Thanksgiving Mass with special hymns, a video of
congratulatory messages from the sisters from the Delegation of Asia, and a celebratory meal
together, making it a beautiful day of shared joy and appreciation.
