The Safané community welcomed 18 aspirants from July 2 to 5, 2024 for a vocational camp with the theme “Come and see”. It was a beautiful time of prayer, sharing and happiness. Sisters Annie Gisèle Sow and Marie Paul Nabaloum, responsible for accompanying the aspirants, developed themes on prayer, vocation and the life of the Mother Foundress with the collaboration of Father Marc Séri, vicar of the parish.
For three days, the aspirants listened to the different interviews, reflected in groups on the topic, led Masses and learned to sew. They learned and understood that a smile, a greeting, a welcome and a listening are very simple ingredients to prepare a good comforting dish. ... The camp ended with a recreational evening that they organized in the community. They emerge from this experience motivated to be in turn instruments of mercy and consolation. We thank God for this opportunity He has given us to share and love.
