From July 3 to 14, the sisters of the general government and the governments of the demarcations are gathered in the Mother House. We want to bring you closer to our day to day...
On day 4, "Integration”, through the dynamics of the “labyrinth”, each one visualized where she was in the integration of the service that has been entrusted to her. Before the meal, we shared the Eucharist with the community of the house and with the group of sisters and lay people of the course "Consolation 1". In the afternoon, the Superior General, Loreto Navarrete, officially opened the meeting, and after her words, we went to the Tribune to share the prayer.
On the 5th, “We contemplate our reality”, we dedicate the morning to look at the reality of the processes initiated in each demarcation (exit to the disadvantaged, ethics of care, evangelical vitality, adaptation of structures to resources...). In the afternoon, the general government presented us with the draft of its animation plan, with which we were able to carry out a generative conversation and contribute our agreed vision.
On the 6th“ "Communication at the service of the Charism“, together with the sisters of the Communication Department, we received the formation ”the reality of communication in religious life and in the Church" given by Juan Narbona. We concluded the morning with the Eucharist at the Mother's tomb presided by the Bishop of the diocese, Sergi Gordó, who after the Mass blessed the Hostel "Mª Rosa Molas". In the afternoon, Sister Cristina Martí, as head of the Communication Department, encouraged the reflection of each government with its head of communication and the subsequent dialogue in the room.
On the 7th, "Excursion”, the sisters visited Les Coves de Benifallet, we took a boat ride along the Ebro River and were invited to eat at a restaurant in the middle of a beautiful natural landscape. We ended the day of fraternity with community prayer.
On the 8th“ "Transformational Leadership”, we dedicated the day to the course taught by María Guerrero and Angelica Morales, who enlightened us on what it is to lead, what types of problems are in the field of leadership, what levels of conversation exist...
On the 9th, in the morning, we continued with the leadership training by practicing a type of conversation. In the afternoon, we met by demarcations and through the generative conversation we reached the resonances of the course and the consensus where to start using some of the tools learned.
Some days, after dinner, the sisters creatively share the cultural rites of each demarcation.
