From March 19 to 24, the Catholic young women's days were held in the parish of Safané under the motto: “Young lady, with an ardent heart for Christ, be a witness to his gospel with your faith and with your actions”.
One hundred and thirty-three young people from all sectors of the parish came to this call. During this week they had spiritual, sports, cultural activities, a conference and time for group reflection.
As part of the spiritual activities, a prayer triduum was organized from March 19 to 21 in the parish grotto. The conference focused on the theme of the conference with the biblical text taken from the book of Proverbs as a backdrop: Pr 31, 10-31. The personal and group reflection on the text allowed them to concretize in values for their lives.
As for sports activities, a cycling race and a football match were organized. Another activity of this day was soap making.
The girls closed these parish days with a Mass of thanksgiving that they presided over.
