From 5 to 12 August 2025, Sisters A. Jeannette Dossa, W. Céline Tiendrebéogo and W. Germaine Tapsoba took part in the training of community leaders organised by Mater Christi in Ouagadougou, called ‘RC1’, under the theme: ‘Leaders at the service of people’.
A total of 33 sisters from various congregations took part in this training, which spans three years.
Starting from the dynamism of the person (emotion, need, desire), each leader was called to recognise themselves as a person at the service of others, to analyse their own experience in order to learn how to accompany those entrusted to them, in humility, dialogue and the search for God's will, in order to grow together in conformity with Christ, according to the charism of each congregation.
It was a week of reflection, sharing, teamwork, interiorisation and celebration that helped the participants to receive once again the Lord's mandate to care for his sheep and the call to be "Christ" in the midst of their sisters.
