This weekend, a group of boys from the COM (Consolation for the World Movement), participated in the Jubilee of Young People in San Miguel de Tucumán (Argentina), an experience marked by prayer, music and the joy of sharing the faith.
The day began with a moment of adoration in the square in front of the school of the Slave Sisters, and then began the pilgrimage to the 9 de Julio Park, where the Eucharist presided by Monsignor Ferrero was celebrated. In his homily, the Monsignor encouraged the young people to be generous with Jesus and not be afraid to say “yes” to him, reminding them that He is always by our side and never stops loving us.
During the way, five stops of reflection and prayer were made:

🙏 Cathedral
🙏 Shrine of Our Lady of Mercy, where the “Rosary of our lives” was offered to Mary
🙏 July 9th Park
The experience was lived with intensity: numerous young people approached the Sacrament of Reconciliation, accompanied by priests and religious who walked with them.
The day culminated with a new moment of adoration and the Youth Festival, in which several bands participated, including Eli and Maxi Luiggi, who also guided the prayer times. It was touching to see so many young people bear witness to their faith in Jesus with enthusiasm and hope.
The Jubilee of Young People was, without a doubt, a true celebration of faith and communion, which renewed in everyone the certainty that the Church walks young and joyful in the footsteps of Jesus.
