With great joy, on Easter Monday afternoon, the sisters of the Maria Rosa Molas Province gathered online to share a very special moment: the sending prayer of the first sisters who will be part of the new foundation in Castanhal, Brazil.
The celebration, marked by depth and emotion, was lived with the light of the Risen One, who continues to send his disciples to bring comfort and hope where it is most needed.
Next Saturday, April 26, the sisters Sandra dos Reis and Valdete Maistro, accompanied by the Provincial Superior, Verónica González, will leave for Castanhal to start this new community. At a later stage, Sister Véronique Sandah will also join, thus completing the community that will give life to this mission.
This new beginning is a reason for gratitude and hope for the entire Consolation Family. We trust that the Holy Spirit will accompany our sisters on this journey, and that the seed sown in Castanhal will bear fruits of life, faith and service.
