On April 17th, 18th and 19th, young people from different schools in the city of Concepción (Tucumán), Argentina, and from other places in the south of Tucumán gathered to live a new edition of the Easter Consolation Retreat, a profound experience of faith, encounter and community.
, the days of the Easter Triduum were lived with great intensity. Through workshops prepared by the monitors of the Consolation for the World Movement, the participants were introduced to silence, prayer and reflection, allowing themselves to be touched by the message of Easter.
Every moment was carefully accompanied and lived with depth: the liturgies, the adoration spaces and the signs helped to discover the great Love of the One who risked His life for each one of us.
Holy Saturday had a special tone: together with Mary, we learned to wait with faith for the promise of Life. We welcomed her at home, as disciples, knowing that on the Cross it is not death that triumphs, but Love that conquers forever .
In the afternoon, in a gesture of pilgrimage and communion, we walked towards the Cathedral to celebrate with the people the Easter Vigil, the heart of our faith, with the joy of the Risen One who continues to pass through our lives and transform them.
Once again, the Young Easter was a fruitful space where many young people were encouraged to bet on a life that is given out of Love, following in the footsteps of Jesus.
