On the eve of his passion, Jesus sat down at his table and washed the feet of his disciples, as a gesture of welcome.
His Body and Blood became food, a bread and a wine that represent the sacrament of his self-giving.
Let us do like him, let us be at the service of others, let us give ourselves to our neighbour body and soul.
