The Provincial Government of the Province of Europe organized a permanent formation encounter in two areas of Spain—Madrid and Seville—on different dates. The response was nearly unanimous for both sessions.
The encounter was led by Alfonso López-Fando, an expert in human relations and personal growth. Throughout the formation, four fundamental pillars were explored: emotional climate, communication, power, and mission. These pillars support one another like a pyramid, with the base formed by emotional climate and communication. When both are positive, power—understood as personal responsibility—and mission are strengthened.
The training was carried out through simple experiential dynamics and techniques, which helped us become more aware of our emotions and improve how we manage them.
It was a very engaging course that kept us attentive and interested at all times, thanks to both the content shared and the speaker’s approachability and clarity.
We thank the Sisters of the Provincial Government and the Formation team for the opportunity to participate in these encounters. In addition to providing us with formation, they allow us to share with Sisters from other communities and experience the joy of fraternity.
