There are days that are prepared in silence. Over nine days, the Familia Consolación has walked alongside Mary: we saw her stay alone after the angel left, holding questions with no immediate answer, and enter the Temple full of joy, knowing the future would also bring pain. Always the same gesture: to stop, to fall silent, and to seek God there, in what is not fully understood.
Today that path becomes a feast, ends in a feast.
Because to celebrate is to recognize everything we have received: the life given to us each morning, the community that sustains us, the family that reminds us who we are, and that consolation from God that reaches us, almost always, through another person.
As Familia Consolación, we remain part of a story that began with María Rosa Molas and stays alive every time someone draws near to those who suffer or listens without hurry.
