Today we travel back in time... to March 14, 1857.
María Rosa Molas and the first sisters took a step of faith and courage to live fully as daughters of the Church. They felt a spiritual orphanhood, an immense need for belonging.
With courage and determination, they went to meet the Bishop. They wanted to live in the obedience of the Church, to fully dedicate their lives...
Thus they took the first step of the congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation, and eventually, the great Consolation family.
