“He loved them to the end” (Jn 13:1).
Jesus washing the disciples’ feet reveals what God’s love is like: a love that becomes service, closeness, and self-giving. He kneels before them and shows us that to love is to place ourselves at the feet of others.
Today, He also comes close to our lives, touching what needs healing. Letting ourselves be loved by Him is the first step.
Then He invites us to follow the same path: making everyday life a place of real love. To love “to the end” begins in the small gestures of each day.
