XXXIII World Day of the Sick
"Hope does not disappoint" (Rom 5:5), indeed, it makes us strong in tribulation.
In the time of illness, let us feel God's closeness and compassion. He does not abandon us. We can share with Him our bewilderment, our worries and our disappointments
It makes us stronger, because it makes us more aware that we are not alone.
The sick, doctors, health workers, relatives, friends, religious men and women... Let us be “angels” of hope, messengers of God, one for the other, all together.
