“It is finished” (Jn 19:30).
On the cross, Jesus gives everything. He holds nothing back: His life is total self-giving. His love remains, even in suffering.
Good Friday is not only about suffering, but about the greatest love.
Today, as we look at the cross, we discover that to love is to give oneself, even when it is difficult.
