On the afternoon of Saturday, November 15 , the Consolation Family of Latin America gathered virtually to celebrate Charism Day , in a meeting that brought together sisters and lay people from different countries. It was a time of profound communion, shared prayer, and renewal of the missionary spirit.

The meeting opened with a moment of prayer that prepared the participants to deeply experience the motto: “Consolation on the way: pilgrims of hope caring for life” .
Sister Maria Jose Gan Quesada , historian of the Congregation, offered the formative illumination, inviting to rediscover the charism as a living gift , always in motion, that impels us to care for life, create bonds and open paths of hope.

The day also included a time for sharing in small groups , where sisters and lay people reflected on the call to a new missionary “outreach” in their personal and community lives. A fun activity brought closeness, joy, and fraternity to the afternoon, reinforcing the beauty of walking together as one Consolation Family.
The meeting concluded once again with prayer, giving thanks for the shared mission that the Spirit continues to renew in our countries.

For those who were unable to participate live, the full recording of the meeting is now available at the following link:

May the Spirit continue to guide our steps, encouraging us to be a presence of hope wherever life invites us to serve.
